I like Ellis, usually. I have to take a break when his ignorance gets too overwhelming, but his show is generally entertaining. But I think the only reason he sounded "less EXTREME" to everybody today is because he had Patrice in there to yell along with him, and everybody already had the volume turned down a bit.

Ellis is only as good as the people he surrounds himself with. The guys he has on his show really push his EXTREME attitude and really take away from the fun views Ellis can put forward. When he was just chilling with O&A (not doing a phoner) he just took the relaxed attitudes the boys were giving out. But that obnoxious attitude does come out cause that's just who he is, but with a little less crazy Ellis could really shine as a talk show host.

I think Ellis is slowly learning the pace of the show. Much better appearance from him today.

I like Ellis in small doses....
What I do not like is the fact that he always makes reference to being the future of radio and being as famous as Stern (while not copying him..hoo..hoo)...Yet hardly any love to the O&A guys... Not asking for him to blow them, just maybe a casual thanks

In his defense Stern was the reason he got interested in radio (just like Ant) but he gives O&A props quite a lot also. I listen to his show on a daily basis and he definitely throws it out there that he's pretty thrilled that Opie has taken an interest in his show and that they replay him on the Virus on the weekends.

I've listened to Covino and Rich a couple of times, their show is definetly hit or miss on quality, but a linger longer moment, Anthony was hitting on Covino's sister last year when she was interning for Covino and Rich. I believe there were some hot pics of her.
